At the May meeting for the Hamilton Niagara Fleet Safety Council insurance expert Rick Gladman of Old Republic Insurance gave a great presentation on who really is at fault in the event of an accident. Many people think if they are not charged they are not at fault, however Rick brought to light the fact that blame and liability are two different things and all parties may still be on the hook for a lawsuit. The presentation was a real eye opener into the world of fault recognition. Thank you Rick for great presentation.
